Benefits
Reduces Stress & Anxiety
Lowers cortisol levels and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest).
Improves Sleep Quality
Helps regulate sleep patterns and combats insomnia by inducing deep rest.
Boosts Circulation
Increases blood flow and oxygen to muscles without the pain of deep trigger point work.
Mental Clarity
Provides a meditative space to disconnect from daily noise and mental clutter.
This session is designed for total comfort. We use warm oils and smooth, gliding strokes that cover large areas of the body to create a sense of flow and continuity. The environment will be quiet, warm, and dimly lit. Unlike remedial massage, we will not be "digging" into painful knots; instead, we aim to soothe tension away gently. You may even drift off to sleep—which is a huge compliment!

FAQs
Is this the same as a Swedish Massage?
They are very similar. Holistic massage uses Swedish techniques but with a stronger focus on the emotional and psychological well-being of the client, rather than just the mechanical manipulation of muscle.
Can I ask for deeper pressure in some areas?
Absolutely. While the goal is relaxation, we can certainly apply firmer pressure to tight areas like the shoulders if that helps you relax. Just let us know your preference.
Will I be covered?
Yes, your modesty is our priority. You will be covered with a sheet or towel at all times, with only the specific area we are working on (e.g., the back or leg) uncovered.
