Totally up to you! Some clients like to chat, others prefer silence. I’ll always follow your lead.

Yes — arriving 5–10 minutes early gives you time to settle in without stress.

Booking ahead is highly recommended, especially for evening or weekend spots. Same-day availability isn’t always guaranteed.

You can usually book several weeks out. If you have specific times that work best for you, earlier is always better.

Choose from 60, 75, or 90 minutes depending on your goals and preference.

Monthly is great for maintenance. Weekly or bi-weekly works best for deeper issues. Once or twice per year its is recommended to have a course of 5 or 10 massage sessions in short period of time for even greater results.

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (like Venmo or PayPal, if applicable). Payment is due at the time of service.

No-shows may be charged the full session fee. I value your time — and mine — so I appreciate a heads-up if you can’t make it.
